Gifted and Talented Network Ireland
Invitation to Parents
Saturday 24th November
The Zero One Restaurant
under DCU Library
- Are you struggling to cope with the challenges of raising your gifted child?
- Would it help to talk to other parents of gifted children?
Gifted and Talented Network Ireland is here to help. Being the parent of a gifted child can be very isolating, even more so if you live outside the major towns and cities. We are developing a register of parents so they can get together and set up local support groups around the country. There are groups already established in Wicklow/South Dublin, North Dublin, Cork and Donegal offering help, advice or just a coffee and a chat.
If you would like to be included or to find out more, please join us for coffee after dropping your child off for the CTYI Taster Day or classes. We will be there all day from 10am till 4pm. This invitation is open to all parents of gifted children, attending CTYI or not, so please spread the word.
If you can’t make it but would like to be involved sign our register, or drop us a line so that we can put you in touch with other parents in your area.
